Welcome to Broccoli Bricks, we want to offer the guarantee of always buying new products in perfect condition, finding a large stock in constant expansion, we also offer the possibility of shipping via courier. If you have any suggestions do not hesitate to contact us.


Once the customer places an order, Broccolibricks will confirm your purchase. By accepting it, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of your purchase plus the costs of transporting it. After placing an order, the buyer must follow the steps outlined in the section “My Order: How to Buy”.


Broccolibricks reserves the right to refuse any order. Orders shall not be considered firm until Broccolibricks confirms them after checking the availability of the item. However, it is noted that it is possible that an item whose order has been finally confirmed is not available within the deadline for reasons beyond Broccolibricks; in such a case, if the item has already been paid, it will be refunded immediately after contacting the buyer.


Broccolibricks shall retain ownership of the items sold until the purchase amount is paid in full. The payment of the purchase and the corresponding shipping costs must be made within a maximum period of 15 working days after Broccolibricks has confirmed the order. In the event that the buyer does not pay such amounts within that period, Broccolibricks may terminate the contract, putting the items back on sale. Once the payment has been made, Broccolibricks will send the purchased item

  1. You do not need to be registered to place an order on our website.
  2. Put your products in our cart or add them from your favorites if you are registered.
  3. If you are not registered on our website, go to the shopping cart and click next. You will need to fill in your shipping address
  4. If you are already registered, use one of your shipping and billing addresses
  5. Once you have completed the previous step, click next and select a payment method and confirm the total amount of the order.
  6. Once you have clicked on the order button you will receive an e-mail with your order information.
  7. When the order is confirmed, you will receive another email informing you about the shipment and the tracking number.
  8. Your order will arrive in 2 to 5 working days (we currently work with Correos postal service).

We remind our users that the minimum order amount is 5€. It is possible that if this amount is not reached, the purchase order cannot be processed.

At the moment it is not possible to ship outside the peninsula/balearic islands through the web.

Methods of payment:

1. Paypal: If the order is less than 15€ a cost of 1€ will be added to the order in this payment method.

2. Credit Card: Payment through Redsys secure gateway through Banco Sabadell. This payment method has no commissions for the user.

3. Payment in cash: Only for hand deliveries.

If your payment is made through Paypal we will use the confirmed address that appears in that form of payment. No exceptions will be made.


Shipping methods:

1. Free for orders over 200€.

2. Minimum shipping cost 2,99€ for shipments under 0,5Kg

3. 3,99 for shipments up to 5kg

4. 5,99€ for shipments over 5kg

All shipments will be sent by the company Corres y Telegrafos de España. It will always be by registered mail with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday. If the order is received later than 12am prior to a holiday or Friday, the shipment will be made the first following working day.

Shipments are insured up to a maximum amount of 50€ per shipment. In case of loss or major damage (package breakage, crushing, flooding or explosion)

Hand pick-ups must be arranged in advance via e-mail broccolibricks@gmail.com or by calling 640 35 53 91 indicating the order number. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.

In the cases in which the User acquires products on or through the Website of the owner, he/she is entitled to a series of rights, as listed and described below:

Right of Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us: Atomic Toys SL , atomictoysgestion@gmail.com, his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right by the User is sent before the expiration of the corresponding deadline.


Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal by the User, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly provided otherwise; in any case, we will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement.

“You shall return or deliver the goods directly to us at Atomic Toys SL Av. Onze de setembre 13-15, LOC. 2, de LES BORGES BLANQUES - 25400 (Lérida), Spain. “We will collect the goods, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost is estimated to be approximately X euros at the most.

The User must return the Products in perfect condition, otherwise the product may suffer a depreciation. Consequently, the User is informed that he/she will be responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, if the product is not returned with the original packaging or in perfect condition, Atomic Toys SL may charge the cost of the devaluation of the product.

The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. By way of example, and not exhaustively, this would be the case of: goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, the supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed in an inseparable way with other goods.


Return of defective products or shipment error

These are all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what was stipulated in the contract or purchase order, and should therefore contact Atomic Otys SL immediately and let them know of the existing non-conformity (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact details provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).​

The User will then be informed on how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, whether the refund or, if applicable, the replacement of the product is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. The amount paid for those products that are returned because of a defect, when it actually exists, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges and costs incurred by the User to make the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the purchase. In any case, the rights recognized in the legislation in force at any time for the User, as a consumer and user, will always apply.


We are responsible for the parts delivered in orders, but in sealed sets the contents are the responsibility of the manufacturer. You should contact LEGO customer service. 900 958 014 Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00.

Occasionally an item may be missing from your order. If this part is part of a loose parts order, please let us know what is missing and we will contact you to correct the error.

We take photographs of all orders before they are shipped to be able to corroborate any missing items and to be able to check with the customer. If your package arrives broken or opened, you must notify the delivery person at the moment of reception. We will not be responsible in case the package has been delivered defective. If a received package has been tampered with and the delivery person has not been notified, Atomictoys, S.L. reserves the right to rescind the warranty of the delivered goods.

Warranty coverage is 15 working days from receipt of order.

In case of loss of the package, if the same item is available, you will be given another one. If the lost product is not in stock, the full amount of the order will be reimbursed.
